Last week Dr. Honey Zimmerman, a professr at WIU spoke with the group about conflict management.

She spoke with them about looking at conflict as a positive thing and how to handle it correctly!

We started with a fun or not so fun activity that was a great opporunity to work on that conflict management.

This will be invaluable to the students as we are getting ready to start class business!

Thank you Honey for all you do for us and CEO!
