Today the CEO was treated to hearing from guest speaker Ann O’Sullivan. She is most importantly the grandma of CEO student Melanie Loehr. She is also a a nurse MSN, RN, ME-BC and ANEF. She has an extensive resume as a nurse, nurse manager, director and educator. She was a professor at the Blessing Rieman College of nursing and is still an adjunct professor.
Ann shared her story today of how her formative years, birth order, evironment and circumstance all formed her to be the type of leader she is.

Ann also spoke to them about communication, specifically how to communicate in difficult situations. She used examples applicable to the students current situations for them to practice good asserive communication vs passive or agressive.
