Today the CEO students visited Yingling Builders offices and spec home.

Owners Seth & Stephanie Yingling spoke to the students about their journey to opening their business. They explained what it looks like to be a general contractor and all that the job actually entails.

The students got to tour one of the homes currently being built.

Seth and Stephanie spoke to them about the value of creating processes in your business that set you up to be successful and can be replicated over and over as your business grows.

They also encouraged the students to be involved in their communities to build relationships and give back.
