Today we got the privilege of speaking to Nicole Croxton the owner of Simply Shiloh a boutique located here in Mt Sterling, IL. Nicole is a full time successful entrepreneur and of course a full time mom.

She spoke with the students about her story of how she first started her business 7 years ago in her house and as it gradually grew she extended into her boutique. She told she students the process in which she has to go through up until selling her products all the way to shipping them out.

She also explained to the students how essential it is to create strong relationships with your customers. Meeting new people and how you push your product to new consumers can really make or break a business.

They learned that starting a business can be very challenging and you can even end up wanting to walk away from it. In the end it’s worth it.

Thank you Nicole Croxton for sharing your story with our CEO students and for your time being an awesome CEO mentor!
