Today we heard from Rick Zimmerman. He is currently the Public Defender for Pike County.

Rick shared with us about how to set up different types of businesses. He also shared how to get liabilities taken care of with those businesses.

After he shared we got to ask him all of the weird and sometimes worrying legal questions that we had. He answered valuable questions that helped some of the students that might need liability protection later down the road.

It was a very interesting presentation especially on something we knew very little about.
