On Wednesday the CEO team enjoyed a morning touring Logan Agri-Service. The independently owned and operated company has grown exponentially in the last few years. The company’s focus is meeting the needs of their customers with exceptional service.

The students heard from President Ed Logan who’s father started the business in 1962. He spoke of the rich history of the company and one of his secrets to success. *Treat people as partners not employees*
He answered many questions and shared his passion for people and this business.

The students were also privileged to hear from COO Josh Schaver and Office Manager Carla Finson. They both shared their journey to Logan-Ag and what their jobs entail. They spoke about the importance of finding a place to work that shares your values and vision.
