About Me

My name is Kayde Shaw and I am a 17 year old senior at Rushville - Industry High School. I live in Rushville, IL with my parents and younger sister. I have played sports my entire life, work on the family farm, enjoy riding atv’s, and working on my trucks. My ultimate goal is to become a certified diesel tech and run my own shop. I began working at a young age and have a strong work ethic. In various jobs I have had experience in farm work, manual labor, and customer transactions. My experience led me to launch my own mobile detailing business last year at the age of 16 before I was aware of CEO. I grew from a one man business to hiring a second employee, expanding my services to anything with wheels. By attending the CEO class I hope to gain better ability on operating a business, be open minded towards others ideas, and learn to be a better leader.
