About Me

Sandra Aplogan is a senior at Brown County High School. She is 18 years old and is currently employed at DOT Transportation Inc. (DTI) where she works as a PT Dispatch Clerk. At school Sandra is involved in Student Council, FCCLA and is also a member of The National Honors Society. After high school Sandra plans on going to college to major in business (project management to be specific). Her drive to take CEO this year is her interest in learning and seeing how different establishments operate on a day to day basis. Sandra is also interested in meeting new people, this is something her job has shown her that she loves to do. “I’m beyond excited to build new connections, listen to guest speakers and most importantly broaden my comfort zone!”

 

About My Business

My individual business is “Sandra’s Scents”. I specialize in making wax products such as candles and wax melts. Sandra’s Scents is dedicated to being environmentally friendly and does this by repurposing base materials like old glass containers and crayons. This business also uses soy wax which is renewable and good for the atmosphere too. The goal of this business is to make aesthetically pleasing items at an affordable rate which are not harmful to the environment.
